Overview
NHC Survey is the field and HQ system for the Nagaland Handloom Census. Enumerators use a native Android app (NHC 2026, package com.nhcsurvey.app). District and state staff use the web console at nhcsurvey.com. Both talk to the same Laravel API.

- Admin / super admin. Companies, users, map view, and district / block / village masters across the census.
The Android app is Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Answers live in Room; WorkManager retries sync. Media is capped at 20 MB per file. A record stays on the device until the server confirms — failed queue items retry, they are not discarded.
The web admin is Blade and JavaScript on Sanctum token cookies — not Livewire. Enumerators do not self-register. Privacy and account-deletion URLs are in place for Play Store policy.
Tech stack: Native Android (Kotlin, Compose, Room, WorkManager, min SDK 24) and a Laravel 12 REST admin (Sanctum). GeoJSON map APIs, object storage for media, Play Store privacy and account-deletion pages.
