Overview
APO is the Angami Public Organisation Digital Verification System, live at apoangami.com. Agents and administrators register non-local persons, validate identity, print verification IDs and keep a fee and activity trail — instead of paper registers that cannot be checked in the field.
Product structure
Modules and screens as they appear in the live product.
Work area
- Dashboard — role-scoped counts and charts
- Users — agent and officer accounts (not available to agents)
- Applicants — list, new registration, history
- Print ID — verification pass with QR
Controls
- Reports with Excel export
- View logs — who changed which record
- Fee submission and fee setting
- Aadhaar search and QR validation
Who uses it
- Agent. Registers applicants, searches Aadhaar, prints IDs and submits fees. Cannot open Users, Reports or Logs.
- Admin. Works across applicant records and day-to-day operations inside the assigned area.
- Chief admin. Full administration: users, reports, logs, fee setting and the rest of the console.
The public site is a landing page plus agent login. After sign-in the sidebar is the product: Dashboard, Users, Applicants (list and new registration), Reports, Logs, Fee Submission and Admin Setting.
Applicant records use cascading region, state and city fields. Agents can install the console as a PWA for field work.
Tech stack: Laravel 12 with Livewire 3, Cartalyst Sentinel roles, MySQL, printable IDs with QR, Excel reports, and a PWA shell (manifest and service worker).
