Overview
Nagaland People is the people-and-geography console behind milenpong.com (shown in-app as Nagaland Portal). It replaces scattered voter and people spreadsheets with one register bound to the state’s geography tree, plus a map operators can filter and click.

Who uses it
- Admin. Maintains people records, uses the map, ward groups, charts and AI Plan.
- Super admin. Geography masters, census, admin users and the audit log.
Geography is state → district → constituency (Consistency in the menu) → ward → colony or village → polling station. People sit on that tree and on a census, so a new census year does not overwrite the last one.
Login is Sentinel: login ID and password, then a six-digit SMS OTP (Twilio). There is no public self-registration. A Reports menu item is not shipped — export is Excel and PDF from People.
Tech stack: Laravel 12 with Sentinel, Blade (Livewire as a dependency), Leaflet / OpenStreetMap, Excel bulk upload, DomPDF, and SMS OTP. Geography assets include per-ward and colony map boundaries.
